The Training Services team uses the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology based on the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) Process Model. Our experience supporting Federal agencies human performance and talent management initiatives were refined during our long-term tenure as an Office of Personnel Management Training Management Assistance (TMA) contractor.  We now are able to apply this experience to agencies using the GSA Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract. Federal customers supported under TMA include the Federal Aviation Administration, Defense Security Services, Washington Headquarters Services, Transportation Security Administration, Federal Emergency Management Agency and many more. Allen also has developed more than 1000 hours of SCORM-conformant Section 508-compliant courseware for the Department of Veteran Affairs.
